The internet connection works on the computer that the 2wire box is directly connected to. It appears that the wireless is not working. I reset the box twice but it doesn't appear effect the wireless part of the box.

Depends on what router you have, but I would have to say that yes, it should be lit, and if you have reset the router twice (make sure you leave it powered dow and unlugged for about 20 seconds), than I would have to lean toward you needing a new DSL router.

I have had very few problems with 2Wire DSL routers.

Why don't you try entering the WEP Key again. The same thing happened to my computer more than once, it will probably make it work again. It worked for me!

what model do you have? my 1070-b can be configured by entering 192.168.1.254 in the address field of your browser. Maybe you can turn the wireless back on that way.

its only active if you turn it on in the hub manager program
