In a word, no. People buy the homes of dead people all the time, if that meant bad luck the whole world would know about it.

If you buy a house from a widow, I don't think it will bring you bad luck, well it depends on your beliefs.
Maybe the widow is in need of selling the house to get money, so I don't think is bad.
