Do you have to convert mL to g in this problem. If so, I know that you use D=M/V but not sure how that fits into the overall answer.

Also, the same method above doesn't work with 0.25 g of Phenolphthalein in 275 ml of ethanol. These problems appear to be the same but I don't get the correct answers treating them as such.

There is some essential information still missing.
1) When you say "17.25g KCl in 435 mL of H2O", do you provide the information if the solution volume would increase/ decrease by dissolve 17.25g KCl?
2) What is the solution density after dissolving KCl?
