Are you sure it wasn't a rodent? They can get into some very narrow spaces. It is better not to leave food lying around.

Could be, especially, if it's a teenage ghost. You know how those teenagers eat.

My Grandma several years ago began complaining of such events, a glass of water overturned, etc. My father set a steel trap, as that's just the way he worked, and it was a rat. But, unless the rat is extremely well bred, it wouldn't line the silverware up after a meal.

There are things out there we can't explain. To say these things don't exist is a bit premature, I think. Who knows, could be you share your home with someone departed but an appetite or maybe you're just a really good cook.

In a few years you will be able to ask a scientist that same question, and they will explain it in a sensible language. Quantum physics is in layman's terms, the tip of the iceberg. As we all eventually evolve, and become more familiar with the science of spiritualism, the less the term spiritualism will be known as such. Unfortunately, or perhaps for the better of mankind, its probably a good thing scientist refuse to accept the terminology, and, well, unknown or plain unexplained is more an accepted description. However, to answer your question, by all means yes, but unlikely an event as your offering, would it be.

No, but the rat or rats could have licked a plate clean in one night and the knife just happended to slide to the middle of the plate. I hope you didn't put it back in cabinet! You could always put a mini cam where hubby can't see and find out if he's sleep eating. If he knows he can turn it off in his sleep!

No -- only a poltergeist could move an object.

Did the plate contain any Twizzlers? Poltergeists love those.
