I have heard of web sites that will let you pitch your ideas for a fee. it can cost up to $50.00 to 1,000 or more. What is the best web site that will let you pitch your ideas?

No website can convery your ideas like you can in person. Plus that sounds real fishy to me. Make sure you protect your material before you attempt anything like that. Register it with WGA.org and the Library of Congress, then try participating in an event like Pitchfest. http://www.pitchfest.com/index.shtml Make the trip, maybe it will be worth it :-)
