First convert meters into miles...
I meter = 1000 kilometers
1 kilometer = 0.62137 miles
93/1000=0.093km
0.093km/0.62137 = 0.05778miles
Next covert 1 second to hours
1 second = 1/3600 hours
Now divide 0.05778/(1/3600) = 0.05778*3600 = 208.0 miles/hour

I'm assuming 93 m/s means 93 miles/second. If this is true, then in order to convert to miles/hour, you will need to multiply 93 by the number of seconds in a whole hour. Since there are 60 seconds in a minute and 60 minutes in an hour, then we multiply 60 X 60 and get 3,600. That is the number of seconds in an hour. Now multiply 93 by 3600 and we get 334,800 miles/hour.

I'm assuming that the m/s is meters/second
You need to identify your conversion factors:
60 sec = 1 min
60 min = 1hr
1 meter = 0.0006214
Then you multiply the conversion factors until you get the units you are looking for. Here is the concept you must understand. Whenever you put a number over itself the value is always one.
For instance 3/3 = 1. Or 54/54 = 1. Or x/x = 1. So if you put something that is the same value over itself the answer is one. If we apply this concept to conversion factors then...
60 sec / 1 min = 1 or,
60 min / 1 hr = 1 or
1 meter / 0.0006214 =1.
The next concept to understand is that to eliminate units you must have that unit in the numerator and the denominator. So when we arrange the conversion factors they must be such that the units we don't want cancel each other out (one must be in numerator and the other in the denominator).
Now we are ready to convert...
(93 meters/sec)(0.0006412 mile/ 1 meter)(60 sec/ 1 min) (60 min / 1 hr)
Notice that the units cancel each other out until we have what we want miles/hour. meters is in the numerator and denominator. Seconds is in the numerator and denominator. ETC.
= (93 x 60 x 60 x 0.0006412) and (m*mi*sec*min)/(sec*m*min*hr)
= 214 mi/hr

I assume that you want to convert 93 meters/second into miles/hour.
Since there are 60 seconds in a minute, multiply 93 meters/second by 60 seconds/minute and you get 5580 meters/minute.
Since there are 60 minutes in a hour, multiply 5580 meters/minute by 60 minutes/hour and you get 334800 meters/hour.
Since there are 1609 meters in a mile, divide 334800 meters/hour by 1609 meters/mile and you get 208 miles/hour.
So 93 meters/second = 208 miles/hour
