My husband and I were watching football and I'm so impressed at how quickly they paint the yellow first down lines and the big distance arrow. These guys must be good!! He won't tell me how they do it, so can someone please explain to me how this works and why the camera men never seem to catch them painting those lines. Thanks! :-) Brooke

You don't see the guys because they use 2 midgets that run across the field and meet in the middle. It only takes a few seconds with 2 of them.

I'll answer this b/c we share the same name-but honey- it computer generated... that's NOT on the actual field. If it was- there would be LOTS of yellow lines all over the field... not to mention wet paint!

It's like the ball boys at a tennis game. You don't really see them because you are paying attention to something else. Pay more attention, you should be able to see them.

If you believe those things are painted, you must also believe in the ghosts that paint them.
