Right now, you aren't overstocked, but you have other issues. The Kissing Gourami will reach about 6-8 inches, so no more big fish. Cherry Barbs are not terribly schooling oriented, so you are fine there. TETRAS ARE SCHOOLING FISH. Each school should have a minimum of 5 fish of the same species. In that size tank, you only have room for 2 schools of Tetras. Get rid of one kind of Tetra (either the Black Skirt, Red Eye, or Red Fin). Your final stocking should be:
2 Cherry Barbs
1 Kissing Gourami
5x 2 Tetra species
3 male Guppies
1 Molly
3 Snails
This may be a bit heavily stocked, but not to the point where it is harmful to the fish. Be sure to keep up with your weekly maintenance and you will have no issues. Email me if you have any questions.

I don't believe you have to many fish as long as you keep up on the cleaning. I have a 29 gallon and if the people that have answer your ? Think you have 2 many well they would sure think i do. I clean my tank once a week and i have 20 fish including 6 frogs. MY FISH AND AFRICAN DWARF FROGS ARE DOING GREAT. and have been for a long time know. Most important thing is to keep the tank clean. I even threw in a cleaning in middle of week. Not ever week but once in a while. Good Luck

for a fish tank it should be one inch long fish per gallon. I'd suggest getting a bigger fish tank, for you do seem to have too many fish for a 30 gallon. But again, it depends on how long each fish is. Estimate their length if you can't measure them, add them all together. If they are less or equal to 30 than you are fine...if it's more than 30 than I'd go with a bigger tank

WOW! THAT'S A LOT OF FISH! You may want to sell some. For all of these fish I would say about a gallon per inch, but for the tetras, you can kind of be flexible.

Depends on their size. Usually the limit is one inch of fish per gallon.

You can go with a bigger tank. But there are not too many in your tank as it sits.
cheers
