I am thinking of getting a CWD. I live upstairs as will the CWD. Right now, i have a 20L cage with 2 hides, a large water dish and a feeding dish. Could i keep a baby in there and upgrade him to a 75 gallon tank in a couple of months? How hard would the humidity be to maintain at 60-70%? Would a thorough misting a day be enough or what would u suggest?

Humidity should be around 80%

What are the measurements of the 75 gallon tank? You will need to provide an enclosure that is a MINIMUM of 6 ft long (side to side), 2-3 feet deep and 4-6 feet high for the water dragon to live comfortably alone.

Here is an example of what the enclosure should look like: http://www.triciaswaterdragon.com/dragon/Enclos_1.gif

A hatchling/juvenile can get away with living in a small aquarium, but will need to be replaced within a very short time.

A thorough misting once or twice a day can HELP keeping humidity up, but these dragons need to be provided with a fairly large container of water by either using a large plastic container or make a nice water area using an aquarium or something with a water filter and waterfall for example. It can be as simple or as complex as you like. Whatever you use you need a container that is large enough for the dragon to enter and exit easily, and it must be filled with enough water that he can immerse up to 50% of his body height.

Water dragons are definately not easy to look after. Make sure you know what you're getting yourself into.

if the baby is small enough, then yes, you can keep it in a 20 gallon long until it get's bigger. Depends on what region you live in. It will be harder if you live in California (a low humidity section), than if you live in a place that has higher humidity.
A thorough misting MIGHT be enough...but then it might not be. The humidity should ALWAYS been in the 60-70% range for CWD. I'd just say whenever you are near the cage check to see what the humidity is, and if needed give it a good misting.

Bearded dragon/Dragons in case you get 2 and plan to maintain them in a cage jointly then GET THEM AS toddlers! in case you bypass out and purchase one million bearded dragon and purchase yet another one from a various place then they'll maximum possibly combat once you positioned them in the cage jointly yet whilst they have been with one yet another for an prolonged time then they should combat

They don't use hides--they are climbers and feel more secure when up high. They need a cage about 4-6 feet high and 2 feet wide! They need pools to swim/soak in fully submerged. They need UVB and heat bulbs. A 20L is not an acceptable home except for short term for a hatchling.

Your question is so unclear, it hard to answer unless someone is in your situation, or is in your same field or work.
