What powers do Congress have regarding taxes? What about regarding trade?

As for trade, Congress has the power to regulate trade through taxes (tariffs), import/export laws such as banning the trade of certain items or requiring inspection at borders, the Senate can also ratify treaties that the President negotiates regarding trade
