But it open a web HP page, wth????
How Can I re configurate this button to it mute like it is supposed to do????

HP Quick Launch drivers setup access control under the Control Panel, either change this or download the latest drivers from HP for your laptop.

Make sure the software for the special buttons is installed and running.
There is a program that runs the special keys on your keyboard.
If it is turned off, or not installed, the buttons will not work.
The mute button may need to have setting changed to direct it to use your sound card.

Hi. The HPs I have used use the blue "Fn" button to use any of the blue keys. Hope this helps.
