well, their D sucks, first and foremost...then, they have OLine problems on top of it. then Mcallister got hurt (its not the reason, but it gurts) and Reggie Bush is average thus far in his NFL career. and they lack the pride and swagger that they had last year...its like they just forgot about katrina....

to wootang: where is their offense ok??? theyre doing almost as bad as the D. they have no run game, their recievers are dropping balls, and brees isnt getting any protection...that offense has gone from first to worst with almost the same personel (the offense was horrific with McCallister in there too)

First off to Tru Blu whatever the crap your name is. You're a perfect example of how a top contributor doesn't necessarily equal top intelligence. The NFL set up last year's season? Ooook buddy, so let me ask you one question...The Moon, did we land there??
I hope you were joking. There's no way in a million years that you could get everyone to keep quiet. All the players, coaches and staff would have had to keep their mouths shut about such a monumental conspiracy.
That's just plain retarded.
The saints thought they could not change anything and get better, well in the NFL if you're not changing to get better you're getting worse, and that's what happened. No threat of Joe Horn (he wasn't really contributing anyways) and the Offensive line has been horrendous. Also not to mention that we get very little if any pressure at all on opposing qb's so our beleaguered secondary gets torched consistently. This season is lost, maybe we can get the #1 in the draft next year in Glenn Dorsey.

There is no protection, when defense was having the job done, Olindo Mare missed a Field Goal for an extra point distance that made the difference in the score.

Brees was not that bad, one of the interceptions was a perfect pass that Henderson dropped and became a gift to the defender.

I dont know... its been a crazy first couple of weeks this season... saints and chargers are both suckin' for air, and the chiefs larry johnson has done nothing so far... and many people will surely call me a retard for saying this but i expected the colts to do pretty horrible but they havent so far... of course they have played all horrible teams and have only like 3 or 4 difficukt games all year...

They need to trade Olindo Mare to Jacksonville for John Carney. Saints need to make a trade with the Bears and get Brian Urlacher, and the Falcons for DeAngelo Hall and Jonh Horn.

Their offense is fine, but the defense sucks this year. They give up too many long passing plays and are likely not to make the playoffs this year by how they're playing this year.
