That is hard to say. There are more recorded man farts than woman farts. That is mostly due to the fact that woman farts are SBD (silent but deadly). When they fart, everybody around them passes out for hours and forget that a woman ever actually farted.

I think men flatulate more in public, but a recent poll suggests that the flatulence ratio between men and women is 1:1 however, men are more apt to proudly flatulate in the public arena then go on to announce the fact that they have just flatulated.

men...they even did an experiement! haha...it was on Oprah (the one with Dr. Oz)
it was close though...but it showed that men do pass gas a little more than women
