if you've douched and upset your pH balance how would you know? and how would you fix it if you have?

You could get an infection...and believe me, you will know if you have one. NEVER douche...especially while pregnant. They should jsut take these things off the market. They can be deadly if a pregnant woman uses them and they are dangerous to ANYONE.

It would either make it really dry and it would be red and burning, or you would get a yeast infection and may have discharge and itching.
