8x / ( x^2 -121) feet * (x + 11) / 9x^3 feet

= 8(x+11) /9x^2 ( x^2 -121)

= (8x + 88)/ (9x^4 - 1089x^4) Square feet

A=lw so...
A=(8x / (x^2-121)) * ((x+11) / 9x^3)

simplify L...
L= 8x/(x+11)(x-11)

and W is in simplest form so...
A= (8x / (x+11)(x-11)) * ((x+11) / 9x^3)

x+11 in denominator of L and x+11in numerator of W cancel
x in numerator of L reduces x^3 in denominator of W to x^2

giving us...
A= (8 / (x-11)) * (1 / 9x^2)

multiply and get...

A= 8 / 9x^3 -99x^2 or A = 8/9x^2(x-11)

multiply these two expressions:
8x/(x^2-121) x (x+11)/9x^3

simplify,

= 8x+88/ 9x^4 -1089x^2
