It baffles me. Those who propagate these bogus lies against our men and women in uniform have easily fooled folks such as the liberals and the anti-American international community.

Has anyone ever stopped and considered the fact that the Islamofascists who proclaim to have been tortured down at GITMO could be just making propaganda up to ruin the image of the U.S.?

Do you consider head dunking into a bucket of water, playing the Red Hot Chili Peppers really loud, and putting a leash around necks actual torture?

If so, you're sadly mistaken and an ignorant fool whose fallen for the lies of the enemy we're at war with.

And why don't the liberals and the international community care a whole lot when our U.S. troops were tortured? Or even the Iraiqi soldiers and civilians?

This just leads me to believe that liberals really are a threat to our nation's survival.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!

And you have to ask yourself why do the liberals get so uptight and concerned with people who want to cut our throats and convert us to Islam?

Why don't they share this amount of concern towards our own troops?

It seems to me that the liberals are working against this country, not for this country.

Will it take an act of God to save us?

Idk, but I believe that somewhere down the line torture will come in to play. If it comes down to saving the lives of innocent civilians, like my family, then I don't have a problem with torture. But recent studies show that torture isn't always the best way of getting info.
I suspect there are drugs that could do a better job than physical intimidation and pain.
The real issue here as far as I'm concerned is not that the US tortures, but that the Islamo Fascists, Commies and other nut cases seem to go for it.

To answer the last question first: Absolutely!
It seems that God The Father is testing us and
We Thee People are failing every test that our Creator puts to us.......
Why is is so difficult to believe that the criminals in government torture people? The maniacs running our country onto the rocks are all too happy to
torture anybody that gets in the way of their plans!

A war without end is treason, a war waged against
another country to secure it's riches is also treason and evil. America has in it's jails over 2
million citizens, most of whom are there for
non existent crimes,i.e.,NO injured party.
If thats not a form of torture, then what is?

Torture comes in many packages, an out of control federal government bent on breaking every
one of our Ten Bill Of Rights is not only torture
but treason......

Killing a country like Iraq simply because it's
leadership won't deal in US Dollars in murder.
Dealing in gold is frowned upon by the jackals
running America, they are much happier dealing in
worthless paper and destroying our economy to usher in a more horrible landscape:
complete totalitarianism. Now thats torture on a grand scale, indeed!

So yeah, we torture folks from all walks of life;
The bankers,politicians,lawyers,their goon squads
all partake in torture.

Lastly, our brave America troops must endure the worst kind of treachery: war without end, war weakens an army, it's people, and when stretched to the limit, war ultimately claims a nation.
Our American warriors belong at home, rounding up all government traitors for trial and punishment.

Did I miss anything?

With the way the world is today, it's entirely possible that some sadistic som-bich somewhere has tortured someone in a military setting. Chances are, it wasn't little Jimmy or Suzie from down the street, it was more likely a suspected terrorist or a POW. Anyway, I would hope that if they were caught, they would be punished accordingly. But to claim that we torture across the board and are running castle dungeons in gitmo is ridiculous. There is too much accountability in the military for that. We haven't gone THAT far off the deep end yet! I agree with your statement about the libs. They are WAY out of touch with reality, and it's high time those of us who agree stand up and speak up! God Bless!

It's called Critical Thinking. Something that so many people are incapable of, these days.

Seriously, the normal daily routine in an American prison for armed robbery is harsher than the complaints coming out of Gitmo or Abu Ghraib.

And it's not simply what GW says about the Muslims, we've been watching the Syrians, the Jordanians, the Lebanese, the Palestinians, Iran and the previous Iraq, fight among THEMSELVES, killing themselves off for over 30 years. They're just expanding their war against themselves to include the Western powers now.

Strangely, Indonesia for years was only religiously Muslim, but more in name only. Sort of Muslim Lite. It's only been in just the last few years that Islamic radicals have been converting young minds to some notion of jihad. And it's the same thing here. Young minds that have little experience, or older minds that have little stability, have been recently indoctrinated to ignore what everyone's been seeing for 40 years.

Oh! Bush says America doesn't torture! And that would be the same Bush that said that Iraq has WMD's... and that getting Bin Laden was America's highest priority!

Well, how could we NOT believe such a credible source? Bush doesn't lie!! ...Except when his lips are moving.

"It seems to me" and "This just leads me to believe" characterize your opinion, have nothing to do with facts and aren't worth a hill of beans. Your obvious bias and hatred for liberals works against your puny arguments. Try again.

Read friday's newspaper genius. The president's lawyers worked very very hard to allow CIA agents to torture suspects but not "call it torture".

Liberals are not cowards like conservatives. We don't give up our principles in the face of terrorists. What you should ask yourself is why are you so afraid that you will give up your principles and rights?

Maybe you want to send a message to china and Iran that pistol whipping american suspects and waterboarding them is not torture. I'm not that careless.

If the US were that "clean" on the topic, they would have ratified the international treaty on it which juges people responsible for torture on an equal basis in TheHague... so ?
