Is this Q directed at Muslims or everyone?
I am not Muslim but I have no objections to Sharai Law applicable to Muslims only. In fact if they do not , they are not true Muslims!
Of course this would mean the following
1) Amputation of limbs for Muslims only
2) NO tv or Music for Muslims only
3)NO interest on deposits for Muslims only
4) No photographs for muslims only
5) no dogs as pets for muslims only
Prove how much u love yr religion by following these Quranic commands or drop yr religion and be normal

Before I answer, let me assure you that I am not a racist or discriminatory in any way, shape or form.

I personally would not welcome it, because there isn't a law that benefits Hindus, Buddhists, Jews, or any other religion, so why should there be one for Muslims? People are perfectly entitled to embrace their own religion, and I see that as a good thing, but when foreign Muslims take up residency in this country, they have to abide by our laws. We couldn't go to their country and try and get our laws introduced. Leave the legal and justice system as it is, because it isn't overtly biased to any particular religion or nationality, it deals with anyone who has British citizenship, or who is involved in a case in this country. Muslims who enter this country have to accept our way of life and our laws, because they have chosen to come here, and shouldn't try to get our laws changed.

If anyone is offended by this post, I'm sorry, but this is the way I feel.

I'm sorry but Sharia Law isn't a british law is it, it's a Muslim law.. So why should we have it here in the UK. The question should not arise.. or even be considered.
When are we going to just say to anyone wishing to live in the UK ... You live by UK laws and that's it. I know that the world is becoming one big melting pot, shouldnt we be doing something to hang on to our laws and beleifs.

proud walker: Well said, We are OPPRESSED when we are in thier country.

seakander: Abide by our laws and we certainly have to abide by other countries laws, This is not a matter of what religion you are!!

To be honest, I'm not sure what it entails in it's entirety, but as it's quite obviously bonkers I'd say no.

Ironic that the Brits shoved their way of live down everyone's throats for centuries, but don't like it when the situation is reversed.

No. I would fight in the streets to prevent that from happening.
Religion and politics should be kept seperate by force if necessary.
