Between 15-20 weeks of gestation, a woman starts feeling the baby moving inside of her. That means the baby is growing and the movements are not large enough to feel.
Pregnant women should keep track of fetal movements after the 28th week and make sure they feel some every day. If not, call the doctor.

Exactly that - fetal movements. The baby moving inside the uterus, which can be felt by the mother once the baby is large enough (usually around 16-20 weeks).

Not that i've been pregnant before, but it means that the baby inside is moving.
Sometimes they kick or "dance" or just shift positions. You can tell if they're responding to their mother's voice, if they're sleeping, etc.
Movement in the womb is VERY important. If you're pregnant and you don't feel anything after the 5-6 month point, maybe sooner, then you should ask your obstetrician/gynecologist to send you for an ultrasound to make sure the wee one is alright.
