I bought it from Aarons so im paying 142$ a month for 12 months which add up to like 1700$ I get free servicing, and a warranty. I think im paying way too much for such a mediocre laptop. it has 60 GB HD. im not heavy on gaming. am I payin too much for this laptop? Let me know what you think.

That's way too much for a laptop like that, with a 3 year warranty my HP laptop cost me $1100 Canadian and it has a 120GB hard drive, and probably much more performance than this laptop in question. In short you got ripped off big time.

First of all Dell no longer sells the 1300.

You are buying older technology at a premium because Aarons is a Rent to Own company.

If you have a credit card ( hopefully a lower interest rate) you can buy a brand new, updated laptop for less. Or you could try Dell finacing.

No offense meant here but if you do not have a CC or Dell will not qualify you for financing than that is why Aaron's is ripping you off.

if you look at the link below the updated version of the 1300 , the 1501 is only $689 or $21 a month and has better specs.

no it's not free your paying for it on the interest... I would not degrade my desk with a Dell
