Jeez, if I could predict that I would be rich. I live in Stillwater,Ok. Tornadoes can happen anywhere in Ok. Just because one has not does not mean it will not.
Home prices in Ok. vary so much that there is no answer.
OKC can vary by $80,000 in three miles. It is not like Ca. where I am from

I don't know the average home price, but there aren't any cities in Oklahoma immune from tornadoes. Nearly every state west of the Mississippi and east of New Mexico is in something called Tornado Alley where tornadoes most frequently occur in the U.S.

I believe it is impossible to pick a town and say it will never have a tornado. Tornadoes can happen anywhere and especialy in Oklahoma. There just are no guarantees in life! If you want to live in Oklahoma, choose some towns that interest you, then research them on the internet or call the local Chamber of Commerce for info.
