I'm looking for the title of an early Audrey Hepburn movie which included the song Hi lily hi lily hi lo?

I believe she played an orphan, and a puppeteer was in love with her. I don't think she was the star, but she was young and memorable. Thanks

Im afraid that wasnt Hepburn but one of her competitors of the same time for many of the awards.
