Why do men touch themselves all the time?

My boyf will sit with his hands down his pants while watching t.v, on computer, whatever! he does this in the house constantly and even when his parents are around which I am mortified by! Why do men do this??!!!!!

maybe i should of worded this better-
I dont mean actually stimulate themselves, i mean fiddle with their bits!

Because (for the ones who do it) they can't believe their luck at having their own personal toy and they keep checking to ensure it's still there. LOL!

I guess it's a comfort thing. I wonder what they'd think if we kept our hands down our drawers 24/7 LOL!

Good question!
Just make sure to keep an eye on what he touches after he's pulled his hand out from his pants ie:food,kids toys etc.... many don't even wash their hands after a pee,thats gross.

If he can't stop doing it,especially in the company of family,maybe he has crabs or something and can't help it,either that or it's just a man thing thats turned into a bad habit.

Most guys don't do this all the time, they may occasionly do it because they have an itch or need to re adjust themselves. You don't have anything dangling between your legs all the time so you wouldn't understand. it sounds like hes got some kind of habit of putting his hands down his pants though.

'Men' do not do this 'all of the time.'

'Some' males may, some will, but not ALL ~ just as not ALL women / girls HAVE to check their makeup and hair in mirrors as they pass them by.

Of those that do, I assume it is a 'hormonal thing,' and some do it without thinking about ~ while others do it seemingly without any sense of decorum or shame about it ~ like dogs / cats when licking their selves.

Really bad habit that was never treated in adolescence,i would blame his mom and pop,but his pop probably did the same.
He might just be semi-mentally challenged.

l.o.l. well a distinct lack of manners for a start. he he he. men don't have the same emotional make up as we do sweetie and to be honest....if they are not brought up to know that it's offensive in public to be sat there with your hand down your pants then they will do just that. put it this way...my ex doesn't do that....too well mannered...then again he doesn't fart in front of me either...and this is the guy that's watch me give birth twice! find one with manners hunny.

I know the feeling! My boyfriend the same and he says 'I not touching my balls, I scratching my leg' ... mmm yeh right!

They need reassurance its still there. Men annoy us so much that they assume one day we'll do somthing evil to their bits in the night.

Hey, leave me out of that. That behavior sounds gross to me. Not all of us are such louts, you know. If all the men you know behave that way, you are hanging out with the wrong class of men. Try some who are already walking upright. 0;)
