If you have a strong sense of yourself, you can wear just about anything you like to high school.
However, you are only young once, so you might consider wearing some of the fun styles you are only allowed to wear as a teenager. A jumper (baggy sort of dress) is rather matronly.
If you mean a sweater kind of jumper, I don't see why not. If you look at the fashion mags, lots of movie stars wear them when they are kicking around town. It just depends on what you like, and how you feel when you wear it!

It might be instyle, but it's cheesy. Jumpers should not be worn after the age of 12 unless you are Amish.
