It is probably something weird in your genetic gene pool.

sunlight has a lot to do with eye coloring
we are all born with blue eyes at birth but light literally tans it

during the winter, you are probably receiving less sunlight
than in the summer for obvious reasons
so the sun probably tans your eye to looking brown

don't worry
you have a very unique traits that get many people jealous

My sisters eyes do the same thing, changing between brown and greenish hazel. It never occured to me that it changes with the season, but now that you mention it I guess it does.
