There is no easy way, for all different series of coins are kind of graded differently. Your best bet is to get a grading guide, for U.S. coins that is not hard, for world coins that is a different matter, but leaning to grade U.S. coins can help there. One needs to know the high points of a coin and look for wear. It takes time to learn to grade coins. That is one reason that coins that are graded by a grading service sell so well and at a higher price, they did the work for you but they have been know to make a mistake. If you are not an American then get a grading book for your countries coins and go from there. There is no easy road to coin grading. A book with photo's or pictures of coins already graded sure help when one is learning.

well that would take a proffesional coin collector years to master, its not quite as black and white as just looking at a shiny coin and thinking its top grade, each coin is graded by how old it is what its made from or if it is a minted coin and also knowing if its a bonafide coin or a well made counterfeit of its time lots of different aspects come into grading a coin properly and it isnt always easy to get it exactly right
its something thats only learnt well by years of coin collecting/handling experience

Coin grading is a skill that takes years to acquire. Most coin collectors rely on grading services to give the best evaluation.

I have two suggestions for you. First, get a red book. There are descriptions of the grades in the book.

Second, practice. Talk to coin dealers. They can give you tips. There is also a grading forum where people post pictures and everyone practices grading the coins. You could check it out.
