You can overdose on all vitamins even though the excess is often eliminated, as in the case of the water soluble vitamins B and C. Too much vitamin C can give you kidney stones and also acts as a diuretic and too much vitamin B can apparently give you neurological problems.

There are 2 types of Vitamins; Fat soluable and water soluable.
Water soluable vitamins are fine. You can take large doses but your body will use only what it needs, then flush out the rest. Vitamin C, all the B vitmains except vitamin B12. The B12 is stored in the liver and can reach toxic levels
Fat soluable gets stored in the fat cells of the body and can buld up. These include A, E, and K

Too much of vitamin B complex is harmful to liver.I have not heard about its effect on mind or suicide.

YES!!!!! You can overdose on ANY vitamin. And, YES overdose of vitamin B6 is associated with suicidal thoughts.

WELL I DO REMEMBER WHEN I TOOK A WHOLE VITAMIN IT WOULD UPSET MY STOMACH SO I WOULD HAVE TO CUT IT IN HALF...SO IN MY OPINION I AM PRETTY HEALTHY AND DIDNT NEED VITAMINS REALLY...SO I GUESS IT IS POSSIBLE TO HAVE TOO MUCH.
