What does being American have to do with being a Conservative or Liberal? Democratic or Republican? I could care less about any of those. In fact my question said AMERICANS.

A terrorist is someone who uses fear to forward their own agenda.

The real terrorists here are "our" government who are using fear to make money for the "elite", fight illegal, unconstitutional wars that were planned BEFORE 9-11, tighten their grip on us, unconstitutionally merge the military with the police and build a military force that's already 20% foreigners who know nothing about freedom and wouldn't hesitate to be used against Americans.

While our borders treasonously remain wide open...

If the danger was really from an outside terrorist threat, the only way to beat it would be to tighten security at the borders and MINIMIZE the threat in the media, not giving the terrorists power.

I can't believe there are people who still can't see this. And can't see how the markets have been propped up at expense of the American working class, the death of the dollar and probably the death of this country as a free and sovereign nation in order to funnel what used to be the wealth of the American people into the hands of a few "elite". The rapid plunge of the dollar (Canadian dollar is worth more now) and massive inflation are just starting to kick in now, as they finally admit our wages really are getting lower. WE ARE IN BIG TROUBLE!!! A wealthy working class has become obsolete. The "elite" are openly publishing their environmental concerns and wishes for massive population reduction. It really looks like they're getting ready to kill us.

Out of all the animal diseases that haven't bothered people for centuries... What makes the media so sure this "Bird Flu" is going to start wiping out humans??? WTF???!!! Why are we being conditioned over a period of years that this is perfectly normal and to be expected??? There was an article just yesterday that the mutation is about halfway there now or something to that effect... HOW CAN PEOPLE NOT SEE WHO THE REAL ENEMY IS???

A FOREIGN INVASION HAS BEEN ALLOWED!!! PUBLIC PROPERTY AND INFRASTRUCTURE YOU AND I PAID FOR ARE BEING HANDED OUT TO FOREIGN POWERS AND CORPORATIONS... WHAT'S IT GOING TO TAKE BEFORE SOME PEOPLE WAKE UP???!!!

No, Americans who are against the war in Iraq think it is pointless because think about how long we have been in there and how much money we have used. It may just be a lost cause. Or think about how many people know others that have had to fight in the war. Do you think they really enjoy hearing about their friends and family members dying? Now think about how much money we have used to send people to war (killing them) and how many lives we could have saved with that money in health care or in research. Also, it's killing our economy. Do you even know how much money Bush has spent on the war?

I am not against the Iraq war. I am against liberal traitors who hate Bush so much that they are helping our enemies. The 70% figure you state is an evil lie made up by traitors.

If that was the logic used by Bush fans and the media, then they are saying that 70% of Americans are terrorists.

No.
Terrorism is jst a tactic. Or, in this case, a label the Bush administration slaps on any of the Iraqi people who are fighting to get their country back from the invaders (us) and topple the puppet regime Bush set up.

No. That is a ridiculous claim. If that was true 70% of Americans would be terrorists and if they were than our country would be worse than the entire middle east combined.

People that are informed know the war is a front. The day we took control over Afghanistan we started construction of the new oil pipeline. It was always about oil and nothing else.

I do not think that everyone who opposes the war does so for the same reasons.

Some are just anti-war and they are inadvertantly aiding and abetting the terrorists, by fighting our attempts to try to stop them. These same people are fighting efforts to solve the illegal immigration problem. They are bleeding heart do-gooders who benefit from American freedoms and opportunity but are intent upon bringing down the pillars.

Some think we are trying too hard to not kill people and that we should have just gone in, kicked butt and come home.
