It's a true statement the way it is written:

3/5 = .6
.6 x 4 = 2.4
2.4 x 10 = 24
24-6=18

I typed it out fully on my calculator too to double check:
3/5 x 4 x 10 - 6 = 18

We use the BODMAS rule here.

3/5=0.6
0.6*4=2.4
2.4*10=24
24-6=18

And it equals to be 18. I hope this helps.
