Please tell me your honest opinion on these names, I'm having a hard time deciding. Thank you!

Julia is beautiful. Sophisticated and timeless, with Julie as an upbeat, casual nickname.
The playgrounds are covered with Caylas, Kaylies, Kacees and Katies. I can't imagine choosing a Cay- name these days. To me, it's like being one of 4 Jennifers, only worse, because you're stuck splitting hairs. "Oh, no, that's Kaylie. I'm not Kaylie. I'm Cayla. Not Kayla. Kayla with the C."
Alexa is pretty, but also quite popular. Skyler is not as attractive as your other choices, those Julia Skyler is an appealing combination.

In order of favorite to least favorite: Alexa, Skylar, Cayla, Julia
None of them are awful names. They're all very pretty names & would be great choices either way!
In fact, Alexa Sky is really cute.

I'm not thrilled with any of them. These are names that tons of children have. Julia is my favorite, but try some of these less common alternatives
Alexa= Alexandra, Alina, Alanna, Anya, or Aleeza
Skyler= Samantha Cecilia, Savannah, or Sabina or Skyla
Cayla= Carly, Caia, Chelsea, Casey, Callie, or Cyra, Kiera

I think they're all beautiful.
If you're thinking of combining them, don't, because they mostly end in a's.
I like Alexa Skyler or Skyler Cayla.
For Skyler Cayla, I'd spell Cayla like Caila because it looks like too many y's.
Cayla & Alexa are just amazing =].

Julia- too trendy, dying out
Skyler- cute! not too common, unique!
Alexa- I like it okay
Cayla- might be confusing for some to pronounce, try Kayla

Julia and Alexa are okay. Skyler is a boys name, and Kayla is misspelled.
