I keep getting a pop up that says an error has occurred and firefox must close now. please send an error report to microsoft.
I keep getting that and as soon I hit don't send the screen closes. So I tried hitting the send button it send the report but it closes and I don't no whats wrong. The same things happens with my MSN internet but when I hit the don't send or send it doesn't close it just freezes for about 5 seconds then goes back to normal. What do you think MIGHT be wrong?

Send the report. It is done automatically. It closes, because you are telling it that you don't want the situation to be corrected.

It would appear you have a corrupt (broken) file that is required to run firefox if you continue to see the error message.
Removing firefox via control panel and add & remove programs and then continuing to re install firefox from http://www.firefox.com should resolve the issue.
