I keep seeing the time 1:23, what does this mean?
I know people have a thing with seeing the time 11:11 but I keep seeing the time 1:23. Is there anything significant about seeing this time?

I haven't kept my eyes peeled for it actually. I just noticed it when I checked my clock yesturday at both 1:23pm, Then right before I went to bed I looked at my clock again and it said 1:23am.

No, there is absolutely nothing significant about it. If you keep your eyes peeled for something, you'll find it. Choose another time of day at random and it'll be the same thing. For me, it's 12:34, but it used to be 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, 4:44, 5:55.

Edit...
By keeping your eyes peeled, I don't mean staring at the clock. I always just happen to look at the clock when it's 12:34 as well. What I mean by keeping your eyes peeled is by attributing some significance to it, or the idea of some significance. If you decide that 2:35 might be significant, then you'll take a mental note of it every time you see it. Soon enough, you'll see it a couple times a week and think "wow! I always look at the clock when it's 2:35!" when in fact, there are 12 times you missed it that week. Of course there will be fluctuations -- sometimes you'll never see it, some times you'll see it more often, but in either case, it's just pure coincidence. What could it possibly signify, and who is sending the signal? Would it sound right to say a God, angel, demon, or other entity is telling you something through 1:23?

Yes. The number 23 is in that time. Add the 1 from 1:23 to 11:11 (11 plus 11) and you get 23. (numerology).
