I have to believe them, because I don't believe in regrets. It is a waste of time to regret anything I have done, said, or decided as long as I know one thing... "I did the best; I could and when I knew better, I did better.". Living my life this way doesn't make me a perfect person, it makes me someone who learns from my mistakes and doesn't repeat them. Learning is life. Time is too precious to waste to spend it regretting instead of learning, living, and loving.

It's up to each individual as to how they feel on regrets. My personal opinion is that I regret nothing. That does NOT mean I've always made the best choices or in looking back wonder if I could've made a different or better decision. The thing about living with no regrets is that you LEARN from each and every thing you go through. If you do that ... how can you possibly regret what you've been through. Now if you keep making the same mistakes over and over ... stay in a situation you KNOW is not good for you ... that kind of thing ... I don't see how you're learning and moving forward. Isn't that really the goal ... to learn from our mistakes and become better people? Hope that helps! Enjoy life!

Yes. I am sure not everyone thinks so much about past mistakes as to regret them. They take them for what they are- lessons- learn from them, and move on. There is no use in having regrets. I long to be just like that.

Hell, no.!!!!!! I have a few major regrets in my life. I also have a few times when I did the right thing ,despite the hurt and pain. We learn to choose, and the things that are important to us are often hard as well. It is painful, but worth the sacrifice. My biggest regret is that I didn't learn these lessons sooner.

Only the retarded, the superficial sycophants, the experientially vapid, the ones from the shallow end of the gene pool. Some of the better liars have been known to convince themselves of this fallacy. Having no regrets means you've never done anything.

Yes because I don't. Whatever the decision I made it was what I wanted at the time so I can't be upset over that. Why regret what you can't change?
