Looking for answers that explain why you think a certain candidate will win the nomination, not who you personally like or dislike. Example I like Fred T. but I think John McCain will emerge as the front runner.

If you want to run the Winter Olympics...Mitt
If you want a flip-flopping cross dresser...Rudy
If you want a lazy Hollywood K St lobbyist...Fred
If you want an old Bush azz kisser...John

If you want someone with the guts to end this occupation of Iraq and bring our sons and daughters, mothers and fathers home, you need to expand the field!!!

Mitt or Fred. Hilary would be horrible, and let's face it, we got Clinton out of the white house for a reason, why would we want to put him back in??

I think people have had it with McCain, and Rudy isn't strong enough. I think Fred because he's new and charismatic, and people are looking for someone they can relate to. Mitt because of his ideals and how he has run his campaign. I just can't get behind someone who undermines someone else just to win something. That's just my two cents.

Fred was mediocre Senator (I know since I live in Tennessee)
Fred does not know anything except what is scripted for him. If it is not written for him by the folks who wrote his films or the writers from The Law and Order Series, Fred is lost.

Thus far, neither part has a candidate I am able to support.

Fred Thompson and Mitt Romney provide the ideals that I like best in the presidential race, but if they are not nominated I will support whoever is the Republican nominee.
We cannot afford Hillary, and I do not support socialism or communism!

FRED! I highly doubt McCain will ever be a front runner. He shot himself in the foot over amnesty!

I won't vote for him BECAUSE of that issue. I know many others feel the same way.

Well let's SEE ! Hmmn ! That's a very difficult question. I think that it's gonna be a very close call for the democrats. I would go with Mitt [maybe].
Being a conservative person I doubt if the republicans will win. ugghh

Ron Paul all the way, I will only vote for a canidate with a bullet proof track record. All the other canidates flip flop like crazy every time they need to be elected.

None of the above.

Many will disagree with me, but I think that because of how upset people got with George Bush, Democrats will win this election. It was the same way with Clinton--people were disgusted by him and what he did, so they went Republican.

Also, MY generation is voting this upcoming election...and most of us are pro-gay marriage, many are pro-choice, and pro-doing something about global climate change.
