Let's assume you're using Internet Explorer (IE) in Windows.
* Once you find the item you want on the web page, select it with the mouse by dragging over the text with the left mouse button. The text to be selected should change color.
* Next, right click the mouse and choose "Copy" (you can't really "cut" from a web page). Now the selected item is in the clipboard and it remains there until you select something else and choose "Cut" or "Copy".
* Next, position the mouse to where you want to place the item (in your email message) and right-click again--choose "Paste". This moves the text to the message (but leaves it in the clipboard so you can do this again if you want to).
That's it...

That would be copy and paste..Its very simple.
Highlight the text you wanted to copy, do this by pressing and holding the left mouse button on the start of the text you want to copy and just drag the mouse cursor to the end of the text. Then press CTRL + C (control button and letter C). Then go to your email, click on the text area of your email then press CTRL + V (control button and letter V). And it will paste the selected text to your email.
If your going to save and send images, download and save the image first and send it as an attachment to your email.
Hope this helps..

How to copy and paste
If you want to copy something from the net and paste it somewhere else, here is how to do it.
Put your cursor at the beginning of the text you want to copy. Now hold down your left mouse button and move the cursor over the text you want to copy. It will change color. You can not release the left mouse button or you will have to start over. Just click in a blank space to start over. Now when you have the text a different color release you left mouse button. Now put the cursor over the text you copied. Right click and then left click on copy. Now you can go to where ever you want to paste the information. It can be a different browser, window, or even you email. When you get there right click in the space you want to paste the copied information. Then left click on paste. There you have it. The information copied will appear.
Now if you just want to copy and paste a address that is in your address bar, then here is all you have to do.
Right click on the address bar. Left click on copy. Then go to where you want to paste it and right click then left click on paste.
Now if you get a email and want to forward it to someone. Delete all the emails and information from the person who sent it to you. Here is how. Click forward and then highlight the address's and then right click on them and left click on CUT.
Easy, uh?

Highlight whatever text you want to copy, and go up to "edit" at the top of your screen and click "copy".
Then, just click onto the body of the e-mail and go to "edit" and click "paste". Simple as that.
