This is subject to debate as to which would be considered "human" in terms of DNA, behavior, skeletal physiology etc. We have no photographs. Cro-Magnon man, who appeared on the scene about 50,000 years ago is given the "credit" as the forerunner of humans today. Based on isolated tribes, we can surmise that they probably would have been much like people nowadays.

It depends what you believe about the first humans. If you believe that God created everything, then yes I would expect that Adam and Eve looked very similar to the humans that are alive today. If you believe that humans evolved from primates, then probably the first humans were much hairier, more stooped over, and less intelligent than modern humans.
