Ok, well i have to have a science project and i chose "what is the best way to memorize lines for a play?". So, i am in drama class and i asked my teacher if i could have the class for a day and she said that was ok but the problem is i have 2 find a way to seperate the different groups so they are only using 1 way to memorize lines! but i cant send everyone out into the hall or anything so what can i do? please help me out soon! thanks!

OK,.well. You have bitten off more than you can chew. Unless you can get the teacher's assistance. Maybe she could take half the class to a different room where they could use one method and you could supervise the other half in the regular room using the other method. I have a hunch that one day in class is not enough time to draw a scientific conclusion. But by measuring how much each person in each group could memorize in 30 minutes would be pretty close to a scientific study. Doesn't account for IQ differeces, experience memorizing and so on, but fun.

It really depends on the 2 methods you have chosen to test. If the class is isolated as much as possible into opposite corners of the classroom you may be able to keep them focused on their approach as opposed to that of the other group.
