Is it just me or no matter what happended or what the situation or circumstances are, the court/jury almost always seems to have more sympathy towards the woman.

Let's say a woman lied about being raped by some guy, even though she's lying the court always seems to be more on her side.

Or in a custody battle when a woman claims a child belongs to a man, but the man denies it. It's her word agianst his. Yet the court/jury still has more sympathy towards the woman and portray the man as a selfish person when that may totaly not be the case.

Why is that?

Even more broadly, feminism has influenced general perceptions about the nature of good and evil, defining the former in feminine terms, and the latter in masculine terms. Patriarchies take damage to the soul as more immoral than non-fatal damage to the body. (Fatal damage interferes with both physical and spiritual life.)
___Observe the commercials on TV that involve a man and a woman, and you'll notice that men are almost always portrayed as a villain, a buffoon, or an incompetent. Advertising agencies spend a lot of time and money determining whether or not their ads hook onto popular prejudices and dispositions, and are pretty good social barometers of these prejudices and dispositions.
___Jurors arrive at the courthouse steps pre-disposed by convention to favor women and to think ill of men, other things being equal.

Feminism has nothing to do with how women are treated by the judicial system. Women have always been seen as being more sympathetic characters by juries and judges than men. In the past, when most juries were comprised of men, they were more likely to be fooled by a woman's appearance and demeanor than other women are. Many women have learned to use this to their advantage, just like male criminals will often try to play to female jurors. People are often fooled by members of the opposite sex. For example, my father was once part of a juror pool for a man who was accused of being a child molestor. In the courtroom, he would wink and smile at the women and they were totally awed by him. My father was so disgusted by this behavior that he had himself excused from the jury.

From what I have observed the court does not rule according to justice but how much cash flow can come from an innappropriate ruling that promises money in the pocket sooner or later. Think of all the drama courses a person could and will take if they keep returning to the court system.

We are talking about victimization. Let us say the man is innocent and the girl is lying straight through her eye teeth. Just because he's a man he gets the blame. As it has been said and will always be said it's due to feminism that's because it is.

Double standards and a sexist judicial system.
Many women also get lesser sentences than men for the exact same crime.
