Why do you hate her? Teachers don't just punish people for no reason. Trying to get her fired is a really immature thing to do, grow up and accept the fact that some people will treat you like this otherwise you will never amount to anything when you leave school.

Further antagonizing the situation is not the answer. Talk to a teacher you trust about the situation.
I would also try behaving like an angel in class and not further antagonizing. If the teacher cannot find anything wrong with your behavior, than that is the sweetest revenge.
So, do your homework, get to class on time, take notes, and don't talk to your friends and I guarantee you'll be fine.

I suspect your are doing something you should not be doing and that is why you get punished. Teachers have more important things to do than pick on kids.
Odds are - you are the problem, you know you are the problem you have a lot of growing up to do.

All you can do is keep track of the things she punishes you for, discuss it with your parents, and they can talk to her. Teachers are in charge of their classroom. It is often a problem for students who don't like their teachers to think they are being punished unfairly. The only way to know for sure if you are is for your parents discuss what is going on with your teacher. If your teacher ever hits you, sexually harasses you, or threatens your life, they'll be suspended immediately until a school board meeting can be called to deal with the teacher. But you better have witnesses.

Thats a hard one. You can sue (or get your parents to sue). That would be the big way.
A simplier option is to request a transfer. They are going to say no, ignore them. Get your parents involved. An continue to be a pain until they grant your request.
Also you can try talking to the teacher and tell her what's up. Say that you're miserable in her class. That its hindering your education and you need to find a way to fix this or get transfered. If she doesn't respond well, get another teacher involved. You have to just keep at it. Alot of time adults don't take kids seriously. So keep at it. Prinicple, teacher advocates, parents, school counsler, coach, get everyone on board.
The squeeky wheel gets the grease.

You can't get her fired but your parents should call the principal to complain. I doubt that you are punished "for no reason." Give us some examples.

If you can even conceive of such a question, and contemplate doing it, then you certain DO deserve to be punished.
You have a difficult life ahead of you unless....
You head to the guidance counselor's office, and explain that there seems to be some turmoil in your life you'd like hep with.

Oh I think before I say anything I'd like to hear her side of things. Apparently she hasn't taught you spelling or you haven't learned it yet.
Teachers don't normally go after a student for ' no reason', be honest what have you done to make her go after you. Sass her back, not show up to class, have attitude , don't do your homework?
Somehow I bet there's more to this story......

Don't worry about getting her fired, pass the course and get out of her class. It's quicker and easier.
