I would like to form a band, but the problem is i don't know any body who plays drums bass or guitar.

post flyers in Music stores, craigslist, local schools/colleges and other possible places that musicians are likely to go to

put an ad in your local paper or on craigslist.org, if there's one for your city.
also, if there's any instrument stores where you live, they'll usually let you put up flyers looking for other people to play with.
ask your friends if they know anyone who plays an instrument, and to spread the word for you.

the easiest way..to me... is asking your friends....if they don't want to... then you can put an ad in a newspaper, putting up posters. You can also ask like random people....(that might not work) but hopefully this will help you.

Putting ads with local music shops and pubs that have live music. People are always looking. ^_^

advertise. or just ask around and see if you have a friend of a friend of a friend who plays music. i know of a drummer and guitarist, but they are already in my band....
