It is wrong. Keep a record of everything that he does with time and date. Let him know (very discreetly and quietly) that this is discrimination and it's not acceptable anymore. Keep up with your work and maintain a very professional attitude. If other employees see that you're doing a good job and you're good to be around, they will support you.

Also, although you're probably very excited about your pregnancy, other people may not share the joy. Try keeping your excitement and complaints under wraps at the office. It's not the appropriate place to air out all the news. The more you point out how pregnant you are, the more it may draw attention to how you are different from the rest of the work team and that could cause more trouble.

If you are only 4 months pregnant, just how many times have you taken off for doctor appointments? Can't be too many.

Reading between the lines, either you have been using this pregnancy to slow down, get out of work, and/or taken off a lot of extra time OR your employer is trying to set up an excuse to fire you for not doing your job.

Hmmm well you can go to your local unemployment center and ask this question. In NJ if you are fired then it will take 4 weeks for you to collect unemployment. BUT since you have a complicated pregnancy you can go on disability which is what I am on since I can't complete my job this late in my pregnancy. The unemployment center can also help you get the paperwork for this and you can speak to your doctor about it if they will fill out their portion for you if they think you are qualified to not work.. Also keep in mind you should speak to a lawyer cause you could have a lawsuit they should not penalize you for complications in pregnancy.

you have rights and you should remind your boss and let the hr department know that he is harassing you. here is a link to what you should know. copy and paste together what is pertinent and give it to your boss and outright tell him that you are concerned that he is breaking the law and maybe if he read up on your rights he would more readily accomodate you.
