A) How to Treat Cystitis
Mild cases of cystitis will often disappear with no medical treatment. More serious infections may require antibiotics prescribed by your doctor.
If you have a mild case of cystitis, you can help minimize symptoms by:
- drinking 2-3 glasses of water at the first sign of symptoms
- continuing to drink water throughout the day
- having a warm bath, then keeping the genital area clean and dry
- avoiding sexual intercourse and use of vaginal spermicides, deodorants, douches, tampons or sanitary pads
- wearing cotton underwear
- avoiding coffee, tea, alcohol, carbonated rinks and other acid-forming foods and beverages
- to relieve burning on urination, drinking urine alkalisers
- to relieve pain, taking paracetamol and resting.
B) Blisters could be anything, it can also be a symptom of genital herpes. YOU MUST SEE THE DOCTOR, to establish whether genital herpes is present
What will the doctor do?
Examine you for bacterial infection.Provide appropriate treatment. Medicines used to fight the herpes include: antiviral creams for affected areas, such as aciclovir (Zovirax cream) antiviral medication in oral form, such as aciclovir (Zovirax tablets/suspension).
Meanwhile what can YOU do yourself?
Find out what reactivates genital herpes in your case and try to avoid it. Avoid picking the blisters and ulcers as you are likely to infect other parts of your body and risk infecting the ulcers with bacteria that could cause skin infections.
If you suspect that you have been infected with genital herpes you should contact your doctor. Medication is usually necessary and it is important to start treatment when the first signs of herpes appear.
These things happen, not the end of the world; just act sensibly, go to the doctor, and you will be fine.
Take care

It could possibly be Herpes. I would pop to your nearest GUM clinic, you can find there number in your phonebook. Failing that go to the doctors. I would strongly recommend to go as certain STDs can leave you infertile (chlamydia) and others (genetal warts) you will have for life.

genital herpes. There are two types, one is the one you get from cold sores etc and the other is the one that no matter whether your having an outbreak, you will pass it onto any partner you have unprotected sex with. Go and get tested
