Let's say a friend ("Mary") stole over $20,000 from a previous employer, went to court and was found guilty, and then skipped town. The previous employer is now looking for "Mary", has contacted you asking if you know where "Mary" is, and "Mary" is your neighbor. Would you tell the employer?

unfortunately what your friend did was really wrong and you really should report him/her.
Would you want someone to turn in someone who stole 20,000 dollars from you?
good luck

If your a real friend, you'll help Mary. She would learn her lesson, and understand that you only told because you want to help her. It's your choice, make the right one. One more thing. If the employer finds out that you lied, you'll suffer the consequences too.

Never. Not in a million years. True friends don't rat on one another, even in the most challenging situations.

Definitely yes. Do you approve of what she did? She was found guilty and has to face the consequences.

gosh, thats hard. ummm...well look at it this way:
is your friend going downhill in life? do u fear it's going to get worse? like she's going to steal again or do even worse?? if you think so, then you should turn her in. for her own safety. think about this: if you dont turn her in now and she does something again she will get charged worse than now.

NO ONE LIKES A GRASS. MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS AND DON'T ADD PETROL TO THE FIRE OR YOU WILL GET BURNED.
