Well the first reason is more of a question...Why on Earth do you think they should be able to?

The complexity of God's universe is not limited by our ability to understand it. There is no reason it should be.

Think a minute about a German Shepard dog. German Shepards are really smart dogs. They can be trained to do a great many things. However, try as you might, you are never going to be able to teach one of these dogs Calculus, much less Quantum Mechanics. Their brains are only smart enough to handle things that reach a certian level of complexity, but there are plenty of things in the universe that are a lot more complex than that.

Or think of an old computer from the 1980s, or even the early 90s. Try and run a modern computer program on one of them. Even if the programing languages were compatible, you couldn't do it... the chips in the old machines simply don't have enough power to run the new modern programs.

So there is absolutley no reason whatsoever to assume that there no problems in the universe to complex for the human brain to solve. The human brain is a wonder, it can do many fantastic things, and is still better than any machine we can even think about making... but that doesn't mean
(or even imply) that it can do EVERYTHING. Just because we are the smartest critter on this planet doesn't mean we have the mental capacity to understand EVERYTHING in the universe. Just as the complexity of the Universe is not limited by what a German Shepard, or a chimp, or a goldfish can understand, it isn't limited by what we can understand either.

The second reason people can't solve things is that people are dishonest, often even with themselves, and emotional.
Many times there will be obvious solutions to problems, but people don't want to accept them for emotional reasons, or because the solution would cause the personal pain, so they refuse to accept what their reason tells them.

Slavery in America was one of these cases. Anyone who looked at the situation honestly could see that enslaving African Americans was morally wrong... but there were a lot of very powerful and very rich people that would loose their power and weath if the slaves were freed... so they invented all sorts of arguments about why slavery was good... these were of course LIES... but they were what the slaveholders WANTED to believe... because the alternative was that they were profiting from an immoral institution. Admitting that would mean that they would either have to free their slaves and take a massive economic loss, or just admit to themselves that they were evil people who were willing to sell their souls for money. They didn't like either of those choices so they made up lies to argue against the truth of the situation.

The same can be seen for people who supported Communisim during the Cold War, they just plain rejected the truth of the situation (Stalin's death camps, the opression of the KGB, the 94,000,000 people who died worldwide because of Communisim) because they didn't WANT to believe it. Abortion is similar... all the scientific evidence shows that the fetus is a genetically distinct individual with his or her own DNA, that the fetus can feel pain, etc. but the people who have had abortions don't want to believe that (it would mean they had paid to have their own children killed and they don't want to believe that about themselves), or who make their living doing abortions (it would make them into child killers) don't want to believe that... so they make up arguments that support their position. It dosesn't really matter if the arguments are accurate or honest, they only want the argument to help them sleep at night.

So the answer to your your question is

A ) Humans aren't as smart as people like to pretned

B) Most humans aren't very honest with themselves when logic and reason give them answers they don't want to hear.

Some problems can't be solved. Issues like racism, for instance, an intelligent person wouldn't be a racist but they have absolutely no control over what other people think/believe. How could even the most brilliant person in the world possibly solve the issue of racism?

To every social problem there is a spiritual answer. I know this sounds right-wing radical thinking but if you trace the roots and into, beyond the surface you will find this statement to be true. Then upon this premises intelligence is not the only factor, in fact a person might know what needs to be done but fails to do the right thing. And we need not look far or deep to see this in the world-over today.

because, not all issues are solvable in all moments in time with the given knowledge. there has been geniuses all throughout time, and until recently some issues have not been solved because the technology wasnt good enough.

Probably because the solution lies in the hands of others over whom we have no control. The most definitive solution to a problem will not help if no one will follow it.

because even the most intelegent people only see their side and not everyones, and the human minde is trained to just go with their instincts which is why intelegent people cant solve all problems.

They can. They choose not to. To solve a problem means that situation will change. If the situation is wanted, then the solution will be blocked from one's awareness.

For example, if you want to post questions, and you seek the answer why, you will then have the answer to your behaviour and a solution to it. To find the solution will mean that you will change from what you want. You will automatically provide an obstacle to knowing that information.

It's like those words of wisdom that apply at least as much to the presidency as to all other aspects of life: "Nothing can be made foolproof, because fools are so ingenious."
