A "pickle" is a dilemma or problem, and "wee" means tiny, so when someone says they got themselves into a "wee pickle" it means that they are in a mess and are downplaying its importance.

"Wee pickle" sounds to me like it is a Scottish saying. If you find yourself in a 'wee pickle' then you have managed to get yourself into a sticky situation.

I'm sure you've seen them,they pick the cucumber in its early stage,to make 'wee pickles'.They are small and a bit more sweeter.

I depends on the context, but I would think it most commonly refers to a problematic situation. It is most likely not a very small problem, as denoted by the word "wee", more likely it's meant to be a humorous way of saying there is a problem.
