Follow these simple steps.
1- Do some stretches. Make sure you do some back stretches.
2- Drink two 8 oz glasses of water.
3- Give God thanks and praise for every good thing you can think of. Actually thank him for everything. That you have full use of all your limbs( i'm assuming you do), that you have your eyesight etc.
4- Take a good rest. ( A minimum of 3 hrs)
