Do i still need to use a floppy disk to update my bios. i have the bios update. i just downloaded it to asus website. my mb model is a7v8x-x. i also have that eflash 2. is that right? but i dont know how to use it. I just want to update my bios because my pc always resets its clock speed everytime i shutdown. Even i properly shut it down. i also replaced its battery.

Hi. I would download the update to your HDD. If the BIOS flash fails it is difficult to recover from. Just browse to the flash program and do not disturb!
