nope, u just gotta work your way up on each one. It can be tough at times but believe me you'll me rewarded and happy once you finish accomplishing your goal on one skill and working on another. I quit runescape though because it's boring.

nup, it doesn't matter but you won't be able to do skills like construction when you start off because they are quite expencive.
