If their was a new section created, that would have a warning such as "May contain mature or offensive content" and had less restrictiond due to that fact, would you go to it instead of the P+S section?

It's not to allow for naughtiness but as a place where we are not the victim of people who just wanna go around reporting people for every little thing

Yes, But not too extreme, give us a little more freedom for expression without violations!. Keep young ones out, but that's going to be hard to do. there are kids on here that are 13 years old.
One girl has a profile here, and on 360, and she's only 13.
Her profile on 360 shows her holding the middle finger up,
so where's the control?.
There are countries that something like that is allowed, so how do you control them. hard to answer.
