Only if he's the one getting it in the butt. If you are doing it and it is hurting you then you need to be more relaxed like have him try a finger in there first and use lots of lube.

Me and my gf only done it 2 times and as for me i doesn't hurt,it feels good super tight,Iasked my gf if it hurts her and she said at 1st yes but then it's just feels good,but after were done she says she does walk diffrent but after a shower it's gets way better

Not sure exactly what you mean, but it shouldn't if it is done right. Use lots of lubrication.
