That when we (Americans) deport Illegal Criminals back to their own country that we send them to a "different" one instead.

You know like the young Mexican immigrant on America's Most Wanted (from Saturday night) who killed his girlfriend and fled. He was found in Nevada and after he stands trial, we send him back to Mexico, what if we send him to the Dominic Republic instead. Or how about Iran. Would this be funny, justice or the "American Way" with a twist?

Remember people, I'm talking about "criminals" here. We "pay" for their 3 squares and a cot while in prison, then we "pay" for them to go back home to mama. Doesn't it sound more like justice (since are taxes are paying for it anyway) we send them where "WE" want to and not where "THEY" want to go?

The bad thing is if he is shipped back to Mexico he would just come right back whenever he wanted!! It would be nice if they could be sent someplace that they wouldn't find as easy to be able to come back across as our border is!!

The American way with a twist is not to deport them at all, but to let them earn their American citizenship by volunteering to serve on the front lines of a war. That is neither funny nor propaganda. That is American history that served a purpose. When those people returned with their citizenship they respected this country and what it stood for.

I'd say send his b*tt to prison - in America if that's where the murder occurred.

That would serve no purpose, but cruelty. Justice is supposed to be blind, not a failure at fairness or geography.
